Period of Limitation in the case of Persons Under Legal Disability [Sec 6,7 & 8]
The period of limitation starts from the date on which the cause of action has arisen but in the case of persons suffering from some legal disability, the period of limitation runs from the date of the cessation of disability. The rules to this effect are contained in section 6, 7 and 8.
